Tasty Spanish Tapas at Mesón Rincón de la Cava, Madrid
A trip to Spain wouldn't be complete without tasty tapas, and at Mesón Rincón de la Cava in Madrid, you can taste it all. From Jamón Ibérico (a cured ham made from black-footed Iberian pigs, produced only in Spain) to Tortilla Española (omelet-style dish made with potatoes and egg) and of course, the young Spaniards' favorite beverage Kalimotxo, we sample the three types of tapas: un pincho, una tapa and un racion.
